We are a leading manufacturer of raw materials and finished test platforms for the in-vitro diagnostics and pharmaceutical markets. Our range of raw materials includes human antigens, antibodies, serum and plasma products and clinical chemistry enzymes. We manufacture world renowned labels for lateral flow, ELISA assay and biosensors, including our gold nanoparticles and glucose oxidase. We can offer contract development and manufacturing services, with a core focus on gold conjugation and lateral flow test manufacture, as well as introducing novel technologies to the industry, such as the Novarum Smartphone reader.
Manufacturing and supplying highest quality products which not only surpass customer service requirements, but also conform to all applicable regulatory requirements is the key business KPI for our BBI Group.
Each of our BBI sites measure the success to this key objective through rigorous internal audit processes, certification and notified body audits, regulatory body audits and customer satisfaction results, either through customer site audits and/or product performance evaluation. In the ever changing regulatory market, we pride ourselves in being the market leaders and having effective change controls in place to support these changing regulations and hence ensuring all product manufactured is fit for purpose and complies to all applicable country specific regulation and safety requirements.
BBI sites understand the importance of the effective SIPOC process and hence we apply stringent controls for all outsourced processes in addition to ensuring all internal processes are monitored, measured, effectiveness maintained and continually improved in the aim to achieve process excellence.
