We will then expertly take full HD quality inside and outside photographs, measure all rooms and do a comprehensive and accurate description of your home
•We will then upload all the above to our website, and we have access to over 1200 other websites that we can expose your listing to if you desire. We then set the wheels in motion and do what we are best at in bringing to you a fully acceptable offer
•We can offer to do all the viewing for you, or we can arrange to do one viewing for you to show you how it is done and we can discuss this afterwards and take it from there, this will all be made clearer when we visit your property
•Finally we are there to accept all offers, we will negotiate as best we can within the remit you set us ,but we will report to you every offer that comes across our desk

Marketing fee of £99 upfront with a Sales fee of 0.5% to be paid when we sell your property (The home report is a seperate fee upfront based on the price of your property i.e. under £150k – £450)
