We fell in love with Carbis Bay, St Ives and its West Cornwall surroundings through our early family holidays and its been a love affair ever since. Located in and around the traditional fishing town of St. Ives and the beautiful Carbis Bay and Lelant, many of our cottages, apartments and holiday homes have breathtaking coastal views.

Finding the perfect property to suit you is very straight forward, but we have provided a few pointers to help you navigate our property search facility:

We offer a variety of properties with either Friday or Saturday changeover days. Unfortunately it is not possible to overlap changeover days e.g. Wednesday to Wednesday booking, unless the overlap occurs within the next 7 days.

Should you wish to extend your stay once you have arrived please contact us to check availability.

Short breaks of 3 nights or more are available from October 1st – 31st March, excluding school holidays. From April 1st – September 30th all bookings must be weekly at 7 nights or more, unless booking at late notice when short breaks will be accepted.

Once we receive your booking request you will in turn receive a confirmation email from us. To confirm your reservation:

If your holiday arrival date is 6 weeks or more away we must receive your deposit payment within 5 days of booking request.
If your holiday arrival date is within the next 6 weeks, full payment is required within 5 days of booking request.
If your arrival date is within the next 7 days, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking request.
