Coler Supply Solutions Ltd was established in order to cater for the growing trend towards 'Global Sourcing' in the engineering sector. We had recognized that the service needs and demands of our customers were changing as they were competing in an increasingly competitive global market. They were looking to work with supply partners who could globally source quality components to complement their own changing supply and service contracts. Investment in UK and Overseas partnerships has enabled our customers to see continued reductions in costs.

We meet clients new and old to get detailed requirements. We conduct a ‘global market product and assembly cost verification’. If viable cost savings are shown, we undertake a feasibility study and assessment on the quality and logistics of outsourcing these components for assembly.

Samples can be supplied fully documented & certified to QS9000 standards. We’ve got 20 years experience in manufacturing & outsourcing machined components and assemblies.

Quality Policy

The Management of Coler Supply Solutions is dedicated to providing the highest possible standards of quality for its services.

It is the Company’s policy to seek to operate to these standards continuously and to implement and operate fully the ISO 9001-2008 standards through registration and annual review.

The Company’s Quality policy calls for continuous improvement in its Quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the following principals:

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Company is a private limited company operating from five sights in Atherstone, Walsall, China, India & Korea.
Formed in Sept 1983 the Company currently provides project management support.
The Company is fully committed to the policy and concept of conducting business operations within the doctrine of environmental protection as complimentary to it’s responsibilities for the health, safety and well being of not only its Employees but also the greater community at large.
The Company will incorporate environmental responsibility within it’s
ISO 9001:2000 Quality System and will pursue a pro-active policy of progressive continuous improvement, within current technical limitations, to manage, and reduce where possible, pollution and the impact of its operations on the internal and external environment.

To achieve this the Company will:-

• Always attempt to minimise the consumption of natural resources where feasible and to reduce waste and prevent pollution of land, water and air.
• Comply with all current Legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice and meet the environmental requirements set by our Customers.
• Establish, maintain and review Environmental issues during Management Review Meetings as in the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
• Establish a Management forum where review of past performances and monitoring records can be introduced and employed to determine future objectives and targets for achievements in line with the control and improvement of the significant Environmental Aspects.
• Ensure all Employees are fully aware through proper instruction, training and supervision of their own personal responsibility for its Environmental Performance.

The Company will support this policy through the provision of adequate financial and physical resources and/or the provision of specialized expert advice.

This Policy Statement will be displayed prominently within the Company for the benefit of Employees and Visitors. Upon request it will be available to our Customers, Suppliers, Government Offices and Bodies, the General Public and any other interested parties.
