Hednesford Reclamation (Demolition Division) has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, our work comprising of demolition, dismantling, site clearance and asbestos removal.

We hold £10m Employer's Liability Insurance, £5m Public Liability Insurance and £5m Products Liability Insurance and copies of our certificates are available upon request.

We are happy to undertake various contracts ranging from £5,000 to £1million and are focused on our Client services with many Clients returning with repeat business. We are proud of our track record in meeting Clients' targets on time and within budget, and providing safe and professional solutions to difficult demolition projects. We can provide recent project information sheets and Client reference details if required.

Every demolition project is different and our experienced, professional team have first-hand knowledge in providing solutions to difficult and ambitious proposals.

Our project portfolio ranges from high-rise structures to residential and industrial demolition, and our works often take place in areas where sensitivity to the surrounding environment is paramount. Our extensive skills and resources allow us to handle complex and technically challenging demolition projects within demanding time and budget constraints.

Before commencing any demolition, our management team will visit site to assess the safest and most efficient means of completing the works. We produce complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for any demolition project, as this is part of our Health and Safety Policy.

Business Qualifications
Hednesford Demolition recognises that good quality training is of very high importance enabling it to carry out its works safely & effectively. The added benefit of taking on the correct training is that we employ and retain highly skilled and motivated staff.
All staff that joins the company is immediately given training to give them a Health and Safety knowledge as a working platform and are booked onto the relevant courses to obtain CCDO cards along with on the job mentoring and training.
Employees of all levels receive the appropriate training to reach a high standard of competence.
It is a requirement of Hednesford Demolition that no one is allowed to perform a task without the correct training or qualification such as ensuring all plant operatives hold a current CPCS / CPCS (D) card or equivalent.

All of our staff are fully trained with up to date cards/certificates such as CSCS, CCDO, Emergency first response, NDTG Certified for Asbestos Awareness, Non-Licenced Asbestos Removal, Demolition Safety Awareness, PAL/IPAF, Health, Safety and Environmental tested, Abrasive Wheels Training, Banksman qualified, Harness Trained, DCS Training for Hot Works, Respiratory Protective Equipment Fit Testing, Manual Handling,

Business Staff & Management
Name: Peter Wilkes
Position: Managing Director
Peter is ultimately responsible for all matters within the organisation. He liaises with all personnel to ensure that all aspects of work are carried out to a high professional standard. With over 35 years’ working within the demolition industry, Peter has a vast experience and scope of different types of demolition and brings an in-depth knowledge of safe working environments and demolition procedures. Peter is also committed to the Recycling of as much of the waste as possible, which is usually used at a later date.

Name: Gary Moores
Position: Supervisor / Health & Safety Officer
Gary has recently completed the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety. He has the responsibility to ensure that all projects run safely and identify hazards or potential hazards to reduce the risk of all, both in work and outside of work. Gary ensures that all workers have the correct training to carry out the work that is required if them. With Gary’s knowledge as a supervisor and 16 years’ experience he has a full understanding of the day-to-dayrunning of a site.

Name: Danny Wilkes
Position: Supervisor
Danny is an experienced supervisor who controls the day-to-day running of a project, from site set up to the readiness for handover upon completion of the demolition. Danny ensures the project follows the plan of works ensuring all Health & Safety matters are met.

Name: Kirstie Baker
Position: Company Secretary / Contracts Manager
Kirstie has over 10 years experience within the industry. Kirstie oversees the administration team, along with working closely with Peter to gain new business.

Sub-Contractors are on a fixed term contract basis.
