KB Fitness is the largest Martial Arts Academy in Central London. We are qualified to teach Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Self Defence, Judo and Yoga classes.

KB Kickboxing is the Kickboxing wing of KB Fitness and currently offers Martial Arts classes to adults in Central London for complete beginners through to black belts. We are the only school in London to offer points & continuous fighting, as well as Lau style Kung Fu. All of our Martial Arts classes are conducted by fully qualified Instructors; the foundations of the classes rest securely on ancient Martial Arts as opposed to aerobic qualifications.

PHYSICAL ADVANTAGES The training improves endurance, strength, muscle tone, co-ordination, balance and flexibility - consistently challenging the body (burning fat in the process).

Originally, the martial arts were created in order to preserve life through self defence. Nowadays, people come from a variety of backgrounds, all with their own reasons for wanting to train. Some wish to learn how to defend themselves or take belts, some wish to improve fitness or enjoy the competitive aspect of the tournaments, whilst others just want to have fun.
