LighterLife was formed in 1996 by three British women.

LighterLife uses a nutritionally balanced approach to weight loss and weight management, along with group counselling sessions using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and transactional analysis (TA) techniques. Clients benefit not only from safe, fast weight loss but they also learn the behavioural change needed to sustain it.

Programmes available for people who have a BMI between 25-29.9 (one stone to 3 stone over-weight) and BMI 30+ (3 or more stone to lose).
