We are a relatively young recruitment agency (incorporated April 2011) that builds upon almost a decade of experience recruiting for construction and engineering clients. Our main focus in these early stages is to develop a successful brand that relies on a partnering mentality with both clients and candidates in the general construction and civil engineering sectors.

So who exactly do we work with? We operate solely within the white collar sector working with construction contractors and consultancies alike to deliver an unparalleled service in today’s market. Our key differentiator is our commitment to honesty which means we promise to:

Given that our experience is in recruiting within the general construction and civil engineering sectors this is where we are going to continue to put our energies. We understand the specifics of the different job roles in these industries and for production staff we can recruit for the positions of Foreperson, Site Engineer, Site Manager / Site Agent, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Operations Manager and Director level; for commercial and pre-construction staff we can recruit for the positions of Quantity Surveyor (all levels), Estimator, Planner (Tender or Contract), Business Development Manager, Proposals Coordinator, Commercial Manager and Director level.
