Paul is a successful local investor and landlord, who has personally spent over £35,000 on property related professional development spanning the past five years in both the UK and the USA. He is also a property coach for a respected national property education network, and has a large portfolio of students. As such, Paul has an extensive knowledge and a passion for the property industry in general, and enjoys sharing his wealth of experience to the benefit of his customers.

Lee is a lettings professional, with extensive experience in the business, having successfully run a well-respected lettings company specialising in multilet’s & HMO’s, and personally looking after the accounts of major portfolio landlords – whilst at the same time managing her own properties. Lee originated from an accountancy background, and it is this attention to detail keeps everybody in the business on their toes.

Keith is a property professional and investor in his own right, and having completed a rigorous 12-month property scholarship in 2008, made the decision to dedicate himself full time into the business. Having served apprenticeships in the building industry from a young age he trained in the art of plastering and later tiling, setting up his own successful ceramic’s company. Keith has a very practical eye, and his experience from the tradesmen’s perspective comes in very useful indeed for both our staff and customers alike.
