Business Description

The Town House B & B is ideally located in the centre of Skipton, but benefits from private car parking and has all en-suite rooms. We opened our doors on 31st March 2011 and have enjoyed a fabulous first year of trading, meeting many new friends along the way and learning much about the industry.

We have 5 rooms currently - 1 x single, 1 x twin, 2 x double and a family room which can sleep up to 4 people. We are hoping to expand the business later this year resulting in perhaps 12 - 15 rooms in total.

Our ethos is to provide a clean, comfortable and friendly environment where we welcome day-trippers, holiday makers and working people from all walks of life and locations, offering quality at an affordable price. We iike to think we have the balance right and the great reviews and testimonials we have received so far appear to endorse this.

Business Services
All rooms feature en-suite bath or shower rooms and have TV, Sky, DVD player, free movie hire (subject to a refundable deposit), Free Wi-Fi and a welcome tray with tea and coffee facilities. We offer a full English breakfast or equivalent, as well as vegetarian options. For working people we can offer a packed lunch alternative if preferred.

Business Staff & Management
The owners live on site and carry out most of the work themselves with a little help from part-time staff.

We have been fortunate enough to meet and welcome guests from EIRE, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Holland, USA, India, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand so far, as well as many from the UK of course! Now we look forward to meeting the rest of you.
