List Your Items
Listing your products is really simple through our easy to use self-serve portal. Upload including high-quality product images and add details.




Sell & Fulfill Orders
After you list your offers, customers can visit them on the Marketplace. We'll notify you when customers place an order. Fulfill the order on promised time is very important.

We work hard to keep the marketplace safe. But we can’t do it alone. We need your help to keep selling and buying safe for everyone.

Keep it neighborly.

Buyers and sellers on Sell2Buy are real people. They are not retailers and most are not professionals. Treat them like you would your neighbor.

Accurately represent yourself and your stuff to them. Only list items you intend to sell. At a price you intend to sell it at. If you negotiate, do so in good faith.

Prohibited Conduct:

Sending chat messages intended to threaten, degrade, or harass another user
Listing items associated with hate groups or glorifying violence
Sending messages or listing items with racial slurs


Keep it safe.

At Sell2Buy, all items ship. There is no meeting up with strangers in strange places. To keep you safe, we ask that all transactions take place in the Marketplace. We can’t protect you if your sale or purchase takes place offline.

Prohibited Conduct:

Attempting to take a transaction off the Sell2Buy Marketplace (meeting in real life)
Trades or partial trades (trading items so neither user pays or only partially pays)


Keep it legal.

We follow the law. So should you. All listed items must be legal to sell and legal to ship — under federal, state and local law. If you don’t own it, don’t sell it.

We are also required to comply with the regulations of the payment processors and other partners that we work with.

How selling fees work

Sell2Buy selling fee is just 10% of the listing price. Your earnings equal the listing price minus the selling fee and shipping (if you selected to offer free shipping). The selling fee is only charged when the sale has been successfully completed.

Listing items on Sell2Buy is free. Buyers will only pay the listing price and any applicable shipping fees.

HOW RATING WORKS FOR BUYERS
We’ll remind you to rate the seller.

If you haven’t rated the seller within 48 hours of delivery, we’ll remind you with a Rating request. If tracking isn’t working, we’ll remind you 8 days after the seller said they shipped it.

This is your chance to speak up if something’s wrong. Maybe the item isn’t as described in the listing, or the tracking confirms delivery but you never received the item.

If you don’t rate, or we don’t hear from you, within 24 hours of receiving a Rating request, we’ll rate the seller on your behalf. We only auto-rate if we can confirm the delivery with a valid tracking number.

Once the transaction is rated, the funds are released to the seller. Before you rate, confirm the item was delivered and the item is as described in the listing. Rate promptly so the seller can get paid

How does Sell2Buy protect buyers?

We’ve got you covered.

When you buy an item, we hold payment from the seller until you confirm you’ve received your order and it’s as described in the listing. Rate the seller to complete the transaction and release payment.

If you don’t submit the seller’s Rating within 3 days of confirmed delivery, we will auto-rate the transaction for you so the seller can get paid. After the transaction is rated, no refunds or returns can be made.

If the package says delivered but you haven’t received it, reach out to us. We’re happy to help.

Item isn’t as described?

If the item isn’t as described, reach out to us to request a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Note that you can’t return an item because it doesn’t fit or has an odor if it was otherwise accurately described in the listing.

Once you’ve filled out the form and provided photo evidence, we will thoroughly review the case. If the return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can ship the item back to the seller.

When the item is confirmed delivered we’ll issue you a refund to the original form of payment.

Item hasn’t shipped?

Send the seller a transaction message. If the item hasn’t shipped and they haven’t responded within 3 days, you can request a cancellation on the item’s Order Status page.

Once the order has been cancelled you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

What’s not covered?

Offline transactions are not covered in our Money Back Guarantee. We can’t protect you if you go offline. We also can’t support refunds or returns for Prohibited Items.
