We formed as a limited company in 1995, have offices in Nottingham and Cheshire and deliver our services nationwide..

Our standard option provides courses run on a scheduled basis at our offices near Nottingham and covering the most popular applications from Microsoft Office at all levels, from basic to advanced.
The course content is designed through experience, aiming to provide you with the knowledge to enable you to do your job quickly and easily and not to overwhelm you with information that you will never use.
Delivery is to small groups and includes step-by-step instruction and hands-on exercises. We also provide challenges for delegates who wish to continue their practise beyond the exercises, therefore enforcing their knowledge.
During training you will be provided with an easy to follow manual and after the training 30 days free telephone support.

Our flexible solution enables you to design a course specific to your company and employees needs.
Dates, times and locations are all arranged to your convenience!
With our help, you can create your own content for your course - enabling you to select just the areas that you need training on.
You can use our “needs analysis” tool to assess your delegates’ requirements, and use our course outlines to assist with your decision. We can also incorporate some of your own examples in to the training to make the content more realistic to your business.
Our flexible training extends beyond Microsoft Applications, covering applications from companies such as Adobe, Sage, and Lotus.

Our workshops are geared to provide help with your current projects – taking training from the theoretical to the practical. Our facilitators will work with you to help you to create or improve new or current applications - from spreadsheets and databases and web sites.

Business Staff & Management
The directors oversee all aspects of the business, but in particular, Gill is responsible for Finance, Administration, Sales and Marketing, and Brian is Technical Director.
We employ our Business Development Manager, Dawn Fearn Wood, as your first point of call, whatever the nature of your contact she is available to assist herself or point you in the right direction.
We employ training and development consultants who provide both application development services to our customers, along with our training services, this means that they have a balanced and all encompassing view of your business needs and your people's training needs.

By the time vtl was formed in 1995, long term contracts had been secured with a number of blue chip companies, delivering training and application development services. In addition vtl had gained a number of smaller customers, to whom vtl provided a "one-stop" service offering advice on choosing systems, system configuration, network support, software compatibility and Internet Services.

Since those days vtl has grown steadily, largely through recommendation and referrals. The company benefits from the stability of long term relationships with both staff and customers.
