Our Founder Mr Nigel Hendry is a Quality Professional IRCA certified Auditor , Fellow of the Institute of Quality Professionals and a Chartered Civil Engineer, who was THE Quality Manager within the Construction and civil engineering sector for many years, which has given Nigel the edge over many of his "competitors.as he has a vast experience of working at the "sharp end" of his business.

Pre-Assessment Audits

Whether you are seeking ISO 9001: 2008 registration for the first time or you are broadening registration to other standards such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001,CE Marking, STAGE 1-Stage 4 you will want to avoid the embarrassment and cost of failure. Our pre-assessment audit will assist you in addressing any issues which may prevent registration.

External Quality Assessment

External quality assessment is all about helping you improve the efficiency of your organisation by assessing not only the effectiveness of your individual departments, but also the interrelation between them. It is a supportive, sympathetic process that identifies opportunities for improvement, and ultimately helps you prove the value you and your teams represent to your business. The external quality assessment is the most comprehensive service we offer. You will be allocated an experienced review team, and you should expect it to take at least 8 days.

Integrated Management Systems Auditing and Training

With many organisations being registered to more than one international standard the auditing workload can be daunting. By conducting integrated management systems audits this workload can be reduced. However, the skills required by your Internal Auditors will have to be increased in order to conduct effective integrated systems audits to two or more standards, and therefore training is essential. Arriva provides integrated management systems Auditor training and we can also supply experienced professional Auditors to conduct integrated audits.
