Dealing with Building Repair for my bathroom refurbish was incredibly easy. They were open, professional and clear from the outset. Their quote was competitive and accurate and they maintained communication throughout. They explained technical terms to me clearly and never assumed I understood everything about bathrooms. I must commend the team too who were thoroughly professional. The job involved the refurb of an existing en-suite, doubling it's size by extending into cupboard space. The team were punctual, polite and always left the work space clear and sealed at the end of the day. They did a great job too - it looks superb - and it came in on time and budget. Richard is personally very easy to deal with and straight forward. Highly recommended!

After a flood in my kitchen and being let down by another contractor, we contacted Building Repair (Scotland) Ltd to deal with our insurance claim. Richard was out to our house within a couple of days - confirmed that our old kitchen would need replaced. Arranged for the Kitchen Designer to come out to plan out new kitchen for us. All the work was complete to a high standard - Jimmy the joiner was fantastic. They then supplied the tiler and tiles and I'm over the moon with the finished product. Would not have any problems using them again for Private work either. Staff are fantastic - very polite and friendly.

The Team at Building Repair were a delight to deal with. Professional and genuinely friendly - which is an underestimated quality in a trade where you put your faith in the experience and know how of the contractor.
When I needed a quick and very flexible approach to a kitchen expansion they reacted both with speed and also understanding that we could not close the kitchen during trading hours. Building Repair scheduled the work in a logical sequence, suggesting aspects that could be carried out away from site and were then installed after the kitchen closed each day - with minimum impact to trading times.

The work was carried out on time and on budget and after each session the kitchen space was left in a clean and workable condition ready for the next morning.

I'll definitely be using Building Repair again this autumn for the next phase of the expansion project.
