Limited was formed by an experienced management team of professionals within the security industry, all of whom have gained years of industry knowledge having held senior management and director positions within other successful security and business organisations throughout the United Kingdom. We have teamed up with industry-leading professionals in our field to bring you the very best in product specification - all backed by a collective team dedicated to delivering nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction.

Business Staff & Management
Business Protection (NE) Limited was setup by its current management team in direct response to identified failures at both business acumen and customer services levels with each member’s former company(s). We identified areas of improvement with existing employers and incumbent clients, not only the way in which service was delivered, but what effect service delivery had on clients, employees and shareholders. We identified a failure in client/SP communication, generally caused by failure to adhere to or listen to client needs.

Members of our management team, within their own role(s) with each SP, subscribed to industry standard accreditation such as, ISO 9001:2008 and SIA:ACS approved contractor status, both of which focus on ‘customer service’ and the maintenance of industry standards - externally audited - in order to maintain not only business acumen, but client satisfaction.

Our current management team therefore decided to form a new company in order to focus on, and deliver, a customer-oriented service based on our collective management experience, which is not only conducive with our ethos, but consistent with our business acumen and approach to business going forward. This ethos and approach has been recognized by clients of our former SP companies, including prospective clients, and has resulted in a number of interested parties showing a positive willingness to engage Business Protection (NE) Limited as approved contractors and, having approached the company to this end thus far, has resulted in multiple enquiries and one confirmed contract-win in January 2012 with a major UK company across multiple locations in the North East of England.

This we believe is testament to our commitment and proven history, as competent leaders, in an industry we not only know well, but to which we have positively contributed and made an impact upon those who have traded with our management members under former SP’s.
