Carlain Student Houses is a family business renting quality homes to students in Cheltenham Gloucester & Oxford. As owners of most of the houses we're able to act on tenants' feedback on the things they rate highly at frequent focus groups.

Our rapid service response website enables tenants to place & our team of technicians to accept service calls in minutes. Tenants may also view all stydent house related information in one place.

Tenants from Music Landscape Architecture & Media & Marketing faculties work in our student accommodation business helping us whilst gaining work experience too.
