Clifton Coffee Company is built on passion, a primeval desire to seek perfection in coffee. By mixing espresso equipment that is imbedded in Italian history, with the detail of German machining and the skills of worlds class baristas coffee becomes an art and we are the artists.   Espresso is scientific, a combination of precise pressure, temperature and time. It’s organic, freshness, humidity and intuition. It’s a craft, grinding, dosing, tamping, operating. It’s green and starts life on a tree. It is an art and only an artist with the right tools can turn it in to sweet nectar, espresso that sings.   Estate project is the beginning, a journey of discovery of new and exciting coffee and bringing them to you, un-blended and true to their origins.
