It is set to revolutionise the snack industry by providing a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional salty and fatty foods. New crisps are free from additives, added sugar and contain less than 1% fat. Thanks to the most advanced production technology the product inside the vacuumed pack retains almost all nutritious values present in fresh fruits and vegetables because the water is evaporated from the product in a form of steam within a short time (only 2 hours, temperature not exceeding 40Ëš!). Dried fruits and vegetables are therefore crispy and crunchy.
