Dragonfly Well-Being Centre is a private mental health & wellbeing centre in the centre of Plymouth, where people can access counsellors & therapists to suit their requirements, including various talking therapies and holistic therapies such as counselling & psychotherapy; children & young people therapy; mindfulness; hypnotherapy; systemic family work; EMDR or massage. More therapies will be added, ongoing.

This will help them decide which therapist they would like to see, depending upon their needs. They then contact the individual therapist directly, using their contact details, to make an appointment or discuss any queries.

Dragonfly Well-Being Centre also offer therapy room hire to professionals, allowing them to book rooms via an online booking system and carry out their work in a calming, safe space. The building is managed by a registered BACP Practitioner who totally understands therapist requirements.
