Reflexology: gentle pressure is applied to the feet to stimulate and aid the body’s healing process. It is a deeply relaxing, non-invasive therapy that works through gentle massage and manipulation of the reflex points that correspond to specific parts of the body.

Reiki: aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. By improving the flow of energy around the body it can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Indian Head massage: warmed oils are massaged gently into the scalp to provide sensual relaxation. This is followed by gentle massage of the head, neck, and shoulders.
