We will either arrange to see you at your home, or you may prefer to visit our office in Upper St. James' Street, Newport. Together we will go through in detail all which has to be done and explain to you the things you must do, and the things which we will do on your behalf. After having taken your instructions we become responsible for the entire funeral arrangements.
