•Free amendments to your property schedule
As part of our service we will make any amendments to your property schedule, for example changing a noted interest or the freeholder details free of charge and we guarantee to make the changes within 24 hours of notification to us. We're not a broker therefore do not charge brokerage fees and do not add an 'administration' charge for processing your paperwork.
•Alternative accommodation
