Isochron® is a company founded in 2002 to transform the way projects are delivered. Its Dimension Four® method is a novel approach to change which tackles the essence of benefit realisation; making programmes (programs) and projects deliver and meet expectations. D4 maximises and assures benefits and produces auditable and trackable value cases and business cases. It addresses the issues of defining the end, valuation of benefits, lean planning and managing change through people to deliver return on investment. Isochron® works through skills transfer and support. It teaches the D4 techniques and method to people through its training and offers support services to organisations and individuals as they use the approach. Isochron® also runs Think Tanks to advance the theory and practice of programme, project and change management.
