K.J. Hill Builders are commercial and residential builders who have offered a specialist commercial plastering and dry lining contract service for over 30 years, also covering floor screeding, suspended ceilings, as well as external rendering and insulation.

Residential Building Services:
We take a very personal approach when dealing with individual property owners seeking to enhance their own home or with residential investor landlords. We can work directly or with architects/designers, structural engineers and surveyors to ensure that your conversion/extension or other building work is done to the highest standards with minimum inconvenience and in a timely manner. All work includes a thorough final clean up phase.

We provide advice across all phases of domestic builds where we can manage part or all of a project ensuring provision of all trades in a coordinated fashion. This includes groundworks, block and brick work, roofing, plumbing, electrics, screeding, plastering, exterior rending and insulation and decorating.

Kevin Hill’s local experience over 30 years means that we can readily deal with typical domestic/residential work, including extensions and refurbishment, right through to complete new build houses. Conversions include lofts, garages and outbuildings, renovations and re-builds.

Commercial Building Services:
With over 30 years experience of contract plastering and dry lining we work well in the role of major subcontractor offering a full service of subcontract trades in our own right.

At K.J. Hill our core strength for over 30 years has been in plastering and dry lining – however this should not overshadow our capability in the areas of floor screeding, external rendering and insulation and suspended ceilings.
