Business Description

Independent partnership of Chartered Surveyors offering survey and valuation services of all types of residential and commercial property including modern houses and flats, period and country houses, ancient buildings, warehouses, shops and pubs. These services include building (structural) surveys, homebuyer surveys and valuations, residential valuations, measured surveys and surveys for preparing schedules of condition, repair and dilapidations. We also offer advice upon leasehold enfranchisement, alterations, extensions and change of use and expert witness. Our aim is to provide a friendly and personal service with emphasis upon a quick response and regular contact with clients, usually providing a verbal report the same day as carrying out the survey. Additional specialist tests can also be arranged such as inspections of drainage, electrical and central heating installations, subject of course to the availability of specialist contractors or engineers. The three surveyors are all Chartered Surveyors, the two partners being Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. One of the partners has recently obtained SAVA accreditation for undertaking homebuyer surveys, a voluntary scheme being pioneered by the RICS and ISVA. The area that we cover from our main office in Guildford includes Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and South West London. However, subject to discussion, we can travel further afield. We are also at Haslemere.
