Business Description

We are a family owned business established in 2003. Lodgico are a general building company, specialising in timber and log homes and now has a turnover in excess of £1 million. In North Devon we have grown our reputation for providing exceptional customer service and quality of building work which has lead to many recommendations and repeat work.

Business Services
We are general buildinc contractors so can undertake extensions, new build, refurbishment, bathroom adaptations for the disabled and just about any other type of construction project.

Business Products
We design and building holiday lodges, log cabins and log homes, these are either timber frame with timber cladding or log homes that we import from Honka in Finland.

Business Qualifications
We are members of the National Federation of Builders and hold exor 'Gold' Accreditation.

Business Staff & Management
Rob Clarke and Lee Brailey are the Directors of the company and bring a wealth of experience and skills with them. Lee is a joiner by trade and manages the various building sites, whilst Rob has a long background in the timber industry and looks after the sales and marketing for the log homes.

Business Clients
Our clients range from those looking for an extension to their property or a refurbishment such as a new kitchen or bathroom, to the private new build. We are at home dealing with the more technical and challengiong builds which take a bit more thought. We also work in the leisure industry supplying log homes, as well as commercial clients who want school buildings, offices and even animal enclosures!
