We are a full service firm. We deal with all legal issues which arise in the course of operating a travel or leisure business. Our team of lawyers are experts. Many of them started their careers in these industries and all have a sound understanding of the commercial challenges our clients face. Our clients include tour operators, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, charterers, flight only consolidators, coach specialists, travel agencies and consortia, accommodation only providers, online companies, newspapers and trade associations. We also represent the insurance companies which insure the travel and leisure industries, including specialist Lloyds underwriters and larger scale composites who undertake specialist risks. We do not act for consumers against the industries we serve. We are affiliate members of a number of trade associations including ABTA, AITO, PSA, ABTOF, CTC and AGTA. We run a variety of advice schemes for these trade bodies which benefit our clients
