The service to developers and product providers is a full turnkey solution that takes a project from concept through to delivery including launch into the market. Assistance with every aspect of product definition, financial structuring, systems/processes and SIPP & SSAS accreditation and marketing ensures a fully tailored solution to any developer looking for an alternative to institutional funding. As a result our developers then seek access to our vast network of associated distribution channels.

We assist distribution channels by promoting direct introduction to the developers and ensuring they achieve levels of exclusive access to products to be able to fulfil the specific needs of their own clients while limiting the degree of competition. This in turn greatly reduces the risk of over exposure of their products within the market.

Our services to Investors are to simply provide opinion by offering our own conclusions as to the validity of any product we produce. MBi offer no preference as to the products we engage with as we understand there are variable drivers in an individual’s investment rationale, however clients find it a welcome opportunity to use us as a sounding board prior to making their final decision.
