Business Description

Moorfield Group is a private property and property-related investment, trading and development company. The corporate strategy is to acquire properties, property-related opportunities and companies where active corporate, asset and financial management will enhance both income and capital returns thereby increasing earnings and asset value. Investments are ordinarily held through Special Purpose Vehicles, including; limited partnerships, joint ventures, offshore unit trusts or those wholly owned by Moorfield Group. Investment returns are generated from a combination of equity returns on assets under management, income from management fees and income from profit sharing arrangements negotiated with co-investors in joint projects.
