Business Description

As a Royal Academy of Dance ballet teacher for 15 years, Kate, the creator, knows the positive links between movement, music and mental health. We explore the science behind positive thinking. We harness a child’s imagination because we know the imagination plays such a vital part in strengthening the mind muscles. Paired with activities from the Mind Gym, this forms part of their Superhero training.

They include imaginative movement to music, story telling, craft activities, mindfulness, visualisation and meeting the
