Oxford Holt & Co was formed by Jeff Holt in 1984 and to date the company has completed around 300 projects at over 100 clients, from small owner-managed firms to multi-nationals. They cover almost the whole spectrum of industrial and commercial enterprises in the UK.

I have been involved in business productivity and process improvement since 1975. Following periods of employment on a permanent basis for several well known companies, I formed Oxford Holt & Co. in 1984. The client list now extends to more than 100 organisations, with the vast majority of projects either managed or undertaken by myself. I have improved the profitability in companies with just a handful of staff up to FTSE100 PLC’s employing thousands - spanning virtually the complete spectrum of industrial, commercial and service sectors.

My expertise extends to all parts of the business – management, administration, service, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics etc. Project fees are typically paid-back in a matter of months - or weeks! Several projects have actually recouped the fees on the FIRST DAY!

I am a Member of the Institute of Consulting (MIC), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Services (FMS) and a Six Sigma Black Belt. In addition, I am certified as a Lead Consultant authorised to undertake Consultancy projects for the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) in several regions of the UK.
