Business Description

Pass The Property was founded by two brothers based in Leeds. Parminder and Harminder Chana, both are university educated Engineers.

Having travelled around the world both through work and leisure they found that hotels just didn’t feel like home. So, they decided to use Airbnb let properties. Through personal experience, they found that although serviced accommodation was a financially better alternative to a hotel, some were poorly managed. It was obvious that hosts were not maximising their opportunities to get the most out of Airbnb. Having many years of successful property management and lettings experience in the residential sector they spotted a market to help hosts – “Let us do it for you” – and… Pass The Property was born."
