Business Description

Positive lifestyle training offers personal training either in our purpose built fitness studio or in the comfort of your own home around the north east of England . We also run a timetable of fitness classes each day from our studio, classes include Pilates , yoga, Boxercise, cardio fat burn, kettlebells and much more!

Personal fitness training, either one to one or couples training either at our studio or your own home, work place or sports club.
Small group studio classes - 25 classes per week.

Business Qualifications
All trainers are hand picked from either the best gyms in the north east or from northumbria university to provide trainers with high level qualifications but also friendly, motivational trainers aiming to keep your sessions fun and varied and at the same time getting results!

Business Staff & Management
We currently have one managing director, one head trainer and 6 excellent personal trainers, yoga and Pilates instructors.

Business Clients
We do not hand out the names of out clients unless you have given us a testimonial to put on our website.
