We are guided by the belief that the single most significant factor contributing to a company’s success in the area of multimedia is its ability to attract, develop and retain high quality personnel.

Prospect was established in 1981 principally to service the recruitment needs of US high technology companies establishing their operations in Europe, we have successfully provided recruitment solutions from the traditional to the cutting edge of the computer industry.

Probably the first UK recruiter to specialise in Multimedia back in the 80’s, we have continued too broaden our focus, and we now service the permanent and freelance recruitment needs of companies providing products and services to all sectors of the New Media market.

We have carefully studied the multimedia sector, in addition to other ‘talent intensive’ markets such as animation, vidoegames development, software engineering and film special effects. The understanding gained has enabled us to develop a recruitment methodology designed to find and deliver to the Client, appropriately skilled personnel in the most efficient manner.

We have an extensive track record in recruitment, spanning 15 years, servicing the executive search and selection needs of the New Media market. This service is now complimented by a contract operation, and our clients, primarily software suppliers & design houses including, amongst others, BBC, Virgin, LineOne, Bates Dorland Interactive, AMX Digital, Wolf Ollins, Poppe Tyson, CompuServe, Argonaut, 3D Labs and Turner Entertainment.

We have worked extensively with on-line publishers through placing experienced Technical Directors, On-line Producers, Designers, OnLine Programmers, Database Programmers, Research & Editorial staff & Account Managers.
