Reel Service Ltd is the largest semiconductor finishing service and materials provider in Europe. Services include tape and reel of SMD, axial and radial devices; wafer level processing, including mounting to film frame, dicing and inspection; device programming, laser marking, component preparation, lead conditioning and refurbishment. We also supply tape and reel equipment, vision inspection systems, vacuum packing machines and parts counters. Materials supply, supported by in house manufacturing, includes carrier and cover tapes, plastic reels, trays, tubes, foil moisture barrier bags, etc.
