Rent-A-Tent (Oxford) Ltd is a family owned business run by husband & wife team Ben & Morwenna Heavers. Having recently got married ourselves, we understand the importance of your event & share your expectations of high standards.

We are here to help you every step of the way & can recommend local suppliers for all your event needs. From posh porta loos to generators, serious staging effects & caterers, we can put you in touch with the right people! We even recommend venues if you are stuck for that perfect place for your event.

We only use experienced marquee builders to give you piece of mind that our marquees will be of the highest quality standard. Ben personally works on site with our team of hard working builders to ensure the highest quality finish. We are passionate about our marquees & will make sure that from beginning to end we deliver a great customer service. Our aim is to work with you to reach an outstanding result & a marquee that's a real work of art for you and your guests to enjoy!

We have an extensive range of lighting available including Spot lights, Up lighters (changeable colours to suit event), Chandeliers, Globe lights, Fairy lights & Starlight lining & also a selection of outdoor lighting. We can provide different types of matting and carpet in various colours.

Don’t let the winter put you off that November wedding or event! We can provide fast working heaters for the marquees which will ensure the women won't be dancing in their coats! These will heat up large spaces and keep off a chill.

We can provide many different types of furniture from Round tables in 3 sizes to trestle tables, cake tables & coffee tables! We have plenty of chair styles to choose from including Lime Wash and Silver or Gold Gilt chairs. Please have a browse of our gallery to see what takes your fancy.

Dance floors are available in black & white or wooden and in 3 sizes; 12 x 12, 16 x 16 or 20 x 20 and we can also offer a stage if you're having a band at your event.
