Roger Black has been innovating new development product and its communications 'wrap' on award winning schemes since entering property back in 1992. Trained in architecture and marketing, his focus is on the notion of the 'experience economy' - a view which asserts that what really sells today is not merely products and services, but rather the experience attached to them. He moved to London in 1992 and joined London Buildings plc where he was responsible for several multi-award winning projects. In 1994 he set up his own, delivering a diverse range residential projects, attracting wide press coverage for his approach to quality and openness with customers. In 2007 he joined Stanhope as Residential Director, and in 2009 returned to running his company in order to grasp new opportunities as the economy emerges from recession. He has won numerous awards for his work, and is a regular contributor to industry events. He's an active member of the British Property Federation Residential Committee; Trustee of Britain's first children's charity, Coram; and Trustee of the Foundling Museum.
