When a landowner is seeking to build an agricultural worker’s dwelling or one to accommodate a worker involved in another rural enterprise the need for a dwelling to serve the enterprise in question must be demonstrated to the Local Planning Authority and the need for the proposed dwelling must be justified in accordance with Government guidelines
Auctioneeting
We have the skills to help you run an auction of anything, anywhere. We can help you sell property, farm machinery, chattels, furniture or cars. We can provide you with a locum auctioneer in the event of illness and can provide an extra auctioneer to help out if you need more than are on your current staff.
Compulsory Purchase and Compensation
Land can be affected by road schemes, pipelines, fibre optic and other cabling underground, or overhead wires. We can help you negotiate with the engineers undertaking the work to minimise the impact that the works have and to negotiate and agree the compensation due to you as a result of the works.
