We can also offer you Office Management, Personal Assistant, Secretarial and Admin support. We are the extra person you need in your business without the costly overheads.

Having been colleagues and best friends for many years Sarah and Michelle took the opportunity to launch their own business following redundancy. After being loyal employees for all their careers, they saw a niche in the market to offer their combined skills to support small and medium sized businesses in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

We are the people behind SMart HR and Office Support.
Sarah Dickenson has over 20 years' of working within the Human Resources field having worked within many industries including legal, global manufacturing, direct selling and recruitment. Sarah started her career as a PA at Chairman level and moved into Office Management before specialising in Human Resources. In recent years, she has been the HR Advisor for a global brand and specialises in Employee Relations as well as Restructure and Redundancy.

Michelle Turnbull has over 25 years' experience of working within a spectrum of industries including Insurance, Stockbroking, IT Software; Recruitment and Headhunting. Michelle started her career working in the City as a Stockbroker before moving into Corporate Insurance. Michelle's forte is sales and she has managed Tele-marketing Departments and has spent the last 10 years working in Recruitment to Branch Manager level.
