Spectrum are a Business to Business provider of Voice and Data solutions to UK corporate organisations, serving the needs of over 1,500 business and public sector customers. We work in partnership with the leading network providers in the UK. Spectrum has been dedicated to serving the needs of our customers across the UK, since 1996. Spectrum have grown organically and a member of the Federation of Communications Services. Simon Holt, Founder
Simon Holt was born in Sutton Coldfield, in the West Midlands. He established Spectrum Telecommunications Limited 1996 with the aim of building lasting client relationships and being committed to supporting them at all times. Since forming the company he has led and built Spectrum through strong organic growth to become one of the UK’s leading business providers to both large private and public sector markets.

Chris Money - Managing Director
Chris Money joined Spectrum in November 2010 as Managing Director. Chris brings with him 26 years of industry knowledge and leads the company’s senior management team with direct responsibilities for Sales, Operations and Product strategy with a strong focus on spearheading growth. He is one of the most experienced and capable business-to-business telecoms executives in the UK and has a wealth of experience developing highly skilled teams to deliver leading edge technologies & services.

Prior to this appointment Chris held a number of senior positions including Technical Director at Central Telecom for 12 years. Central were one of the UKs largest leading systems integrators specializing in enterprise solutions in IP Telephony, Contact Centre, Managed Services and Mobility Solutions. Chris comes to us from Vodafone’s Unified Communications Group where following the acquisition of Central he was the Head of Solutions Design.

Jenny Lee Holt. Marketing Director
Jenny Lee Holt graduated from The University of Central England and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Jenny joined Spectrum in 2002 and has 10 years in telecoms experience in a variety of Marketing and Business Development roles and currently a member of the Spectrum board of Directors.

Sophia Wormall, Business Development Manager
Sophia joins the Leadership Team in Business Development having spent over 6 years heading up Client Account Management and developing new and existing business accounts. Sophia is responsible for several functions including customer account management on a national level and winning new customers for network services and mobile products ensuring a key focus on client retention and cross selling across the company.
