We have looked after clients at all times of day or night and have used our flexible nature to ensure that anything our customers need is catered for. For example:
Examples of how we have made moving home easier and more relaxing for our customers

+ We have arrived at a two bedroom house with a couple of hours notice and had all belongings moved to a new home twenty miles away, meaning that our customer still completed on their removal date despite their original removals firm cancelling that day.

+ We have arrived to begin a removal at 11pm so that our customer, who ran a restaurant could finish his shift and still move home.

+ We have returned to many homes after we have helped our customers move home and completed the end of tenancy cleaning and/or carpet cleaning in order to ensure that they had their deposits returned..

+ We have redecorated entire rooms and touched up paintwork.

+ We have cut down an entire garden full of brambles so that a customer could present their new home to an estate agent the next day.

+ We have moved two tonnes in weight of garden ornaments after our customers original firm forgot to include the garden in a quotation and then refused to take them.

+ We have stayed behind after removals to help with the unpacking.

+ We have dismantled and reassembled everything from beds to trampolines to fish-tanks.

+ We have finished the laying of a marble floor to ensure a restaurant could open its doors for the first tiime on time (!)
