At Themis Services and Training we offer a range of comprehensive and fully certified training courses for the Security and Public Sectors in which candidates can come to our training centre or we can come to your business to teach. The Directors have worked within the Security, Retail with our door supervision courses, Leisure and Hospitality Industries for over 20 years combined and therefore have the knowledge, experience and expertise which is passed on through our courses to enable our clients obtain the very best from our training. We also offer a consultancy service for Security and Health & Safety.




Consultancy

Security: We are able to offer a security consultancy service for security companies, any business who currently use security personnel or any business looking to implement security personnel.

Health and Safety: Our health and safety consultancy service is available to any business looking for help and advice with regards to any aspect of health and safety procedures.

The emphasis, when it comes to the training side of the company, is quality. Our reasoning behind this is that to learn legislation is not sufficient without the knowledge to implement it in every day occurrences.


Whenever we are holding training courses, candidates are assesed by our trainers to ensure complete understanding of how the legislation relates to them, how they would react and enabling them to use the right course of action to help prevent any possible problems in the future. We are a unique company in that if the candidates are not showing the ability to deal with situations, we will not allow them to sit their exams until they have proved that they have the ability to apply the skills properly. All our trainers are in-house, which puts us in a position to closely monitor all the candidates progress and thus enables us to offer one to one tuition until they have the ability to apply the skills properly and appropriately.

At Themis it is not about how many people we can fit on the course and pass, its about how many of the candidates come out of the courses with the ability to apply the correct behaviour/techniques in the right situation.
