Fodder opened in June 2009 and is part of the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, a charity helping agricultural and rurual organisations. All profits made in Fodder support this charitable work.

Fodder is a food shop and cafe.
Products
Fodder sources the majority of it's products from local farmers and small producers across Yorkshire. You will find seasonable vegetables and fruit, soups, jams and chutneys, biscutis and cakes. There are gluten free options in both the shop and the cafe. The butcher visits all the farms that supply meat so he knows where they come from and how they are reared. They offer a wide range of traditional cuts, as well as convenient oven-ready dishes which can be cooked in minutes. The deli offers a plethora of cheese, salads, take-away sandwiches and pies and you can often find cheese tasters to try before you buy.
The cafe is open everyday and serves, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as light bites and snacks. The cakes are fabulous to look at and taste as good as they look! Products from the shop are used in the cafe.
